Let me just tell you a little bit about the treasures of Africa I have met this week. They are all God’s amazing treasures and have been put in my team’s lives for so many different reasons. We are all honored to get to know these children and be able to love on them. God has blessed us beyond what we could have ever imagined by allowing us to meet these beautiful faces.
Brayton is the absolute cutest kid in Tanzania. His smiles lights up the room and he loves to give kisses.
He is one of the smallest boys which means everyone else picks him up and helps him. He is so precious.
Bryson is amazing. God spent extra time on him. He is always so happy to see us when we come and
just filled with joy all the time. He is so adorable.
Yuda is adorable beyond belief. He has a way about him that is so cute. He is so chill and laid
back and just wants to have fun. His smile is so precious. Anyone who sees it will fall in love with him,
Michael is unstoppable. He just goes. When he is on a mission he chases it until its
defeated. Him and Jeremy have a special love for each other and it’s amazing to see.
Rosie is one of the older girls. She always has a smile on her face. She loves to just come
and lay on my lap and just sit with me. Her heart is beautiful and she loves to help with the younger ones.
Yusufu is kind of quiet, He won’t interact with you unless you approach him first. He has a
gentle spirit and wants to feel love. At nap time he goes crazy though. His typical boy comes out!
Joseph is absolutely crazy, but I love him so much, He is so joyful and loves to have fun. He
would be first to go on a new adventure and explore. He loves attention and just being held.
Rachel is another quiet one. She has a servants heart. She likes to help out and have fun.
She is very cute. She loves helping out with the little ones. She also loves helping out when it’s time to clean up.
Yohana is a cute little boy who is very quiet. He loves to sit and just play with my watch. He
also loves to sit and make faces at me constantly. He has a joyful way about him.
Danna doesn’t talk ever. You can barely get him to tell you his name. He is quiet, but likes to have fun.
He helps out with the little ones as well.
Happy is adorable. She is always excited to see us. She definitely is happy just like her name,
She loves to play and run around and have fun. She is very outspoken and a leader for sure.
Joseph is the oldest boy. He is very gentle. He is another quiet one who just sits in the background. Lizzie
and him are precious together because she sees that he just wants someone to sit with him and care about him.
These are the precious children in the orphanage we are helping out at. I got to see their lovely faces everyday all week. They truely are the treasures of Africa. They all have stories that got them there, but when it comes down to it they love each other like brothers and sisters. It is absolutely amazing. Yes they still fight and argue like any other siblings, but at the end of the day they love each other more than life. These kids are truely treasures. They are so precious and adorable.
