Not really sure… but Lovin it!

It hasn't been too long since our last time to blog so I am not really sure what to write about. I have had so many new experiences on this trip but, we have only been here in Moshi, Tanzania for a week. So far it has been better than I had ever imagined. We all feel like we have come to a new continent because of how different it is from the bush. Coming from where it was dry as a desert, had no communication, low on water supply, and being outside the entire month. To a place of beautiful green jungles and right outside of town where the business of peoples days never stops is very different and kind of depressing. Don't get me wrong, I really do love Moshi but, the simplicity and disconnection we had out in the bush is not experienced very often and I found that i LOVE it! I miss the bush alot but I have to keep in mind that Moshi is a place God wanted us to share with and experience also, that's why were here.
Because of all the business it is harder to find time with God. You don't get the quiet walks on your own to just talk with God. Instead of going to sleep to hyenas or goats, sadly you here the music and sinful  nature of the bars just down the street. We have been beyond blessed with our hosts and the place we are staying in. There is bucket showers, the squatty is actually pretty close to a toilet (still in the ground but it's seramic), we also have electricity. The one thing I do not miss from the bush is the many many meals of rice, chapatti, and beans. Here we are served fresh veggies, fruit, and greens with every meal! We all enjoy this alot. Oh… and come to find out I actually do like cucumbers! I probably eat a whole cucumber everyday.
As far as ministry goes, we have been able to experience our first crusade. I didn't know what this was at first but after a good 2 hours, I was ready for a shower and rest. I had no idea we would be dancing with praise to the Lord for so long. It was a very unique experience. I never thought of praising God in such an upbeat way.
We also got to visit a hospital that is right down the street from us. The suffering those women and babies were experiencing was heart breaking. Yet through their tears and moaning from pain they still found joy in their lives.
I am not really sure what to write on this blog…. and I apologize for being all over and not making much sense. The things God is showing me is all new. What He is trying to teach me I have never thought or felt before so I am not really sure where I am at. I may be confused but God is giving me His patience and peace about it all. I have excitement to see when He is going to reveal the purpose for it all and how He is going to change me. He truly is the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow and I think He is going to show everything that has to do with that to me in a very special, unforgettable, life changing way!
