I'm sitting on a bunk at Milimani, the hostel we"ve been blessed enough to call our home twice on our journey in Africa. We have less than 12 hours before a multi day trip to Malawi. Watching my team mates pack up for the next leg of our adventure is SO amazing. We're bringing more than luggage into Malawi. We're bringing the fire that's been ignited here at debfief. We're bringing a love that's been growing and growing within our team over the past few weeks. We're bringing a mighty army to shake the ground of Malawi. And I'm SO ready.
I absolutely can't believe how fast our time has been going. Scrolling through my camera, I revisit the memories that have made my time in Africa unforgettable. I see the amazing healing that's happened, I watched videos of praise and worship I've never experienced before, I remembered the love that we poured out. A picture is worth a thousand words, here's a little slice of our time in Tanzania!
