Spirit gives birth to Spirit
Jesus came in human form. He came to earth from being our God to being a servant, worth nothing. His power to change peoples lives is through God’s love. Our weapon is His love to defeat the battle we are about to encounter. This is what God has taught me this year, preparing me for His work. His love is our strongest weapon. To love people that don’t deserve it. Loving people that are hard to love. But Jesus sums it up as loving the unloveable.
When God speaks, life happens. His spirit empowers us and and moves us to become the person that Jesus wants and knows us as. Spirit gives birth to Spirit. It is God giving life to others, through us.
So my question is why am I called to be on this trip? I have no idea but I do know that God is going to show me, and my entire team something this summer. Maybe its who I am suppose to become back at home. Or maybe its to save a soul in Kenya. Even though I’m not sure, I know that I was called and given a heart to be hardcore and take Africa on full time. He will use me this summer. Through his love I can move mountains.
