Niwewe Bwana

It’s been something like twelve days since i left home and I have no idea where to begin. After an amazing experience at training camp in tennesee myself along with 15 others left the US for Entebbe, Uganda and the ride has been non-stop since we got here. Starting with white-water rafting on the Nile (COOLEST THING EVER!!!!) we’ve now been doing ministry for the last three days.  I cannot stress how different ministry is here. People are so open to recieving the gospel which makes you immediately question their sincereity. This doubt has weighed on most of the...

The greatest miracle of all.

Oh my wdsfjghsdf lordy. WELL… I’m in Africa alright. I sit here in a internet cafe in the town of Tororo in Uganda with only 20 mins left on a server that take 10 mins to load a single page. So please excuse my word vomit because sometimes communicating God’s mighty movement gets a little messy. God has been stretching and pulling and breaking and  growing this little heart of mine.   Stepping blindly into this story with strangers who have never left my side since the airport has been just lovelyWhen our team left training camp, passion would be an...

So the first couple days of training camp I was dreading the day I would have to deal with it. But then it happened and I realized that it’s not some weird out of this world thing. All it is is praying and listening to God. I have never...

Safe in Uganda!

We just spoke with the team leaders and they’ve all arrived safely in Uganda.  They are in route to their ministry site and will be settling in these next few days and getting some orientation from their host.  Expect to see some blogs rolling out in the next few days as they find internet. Thanks for all the prayers for this team! Real Life field support team

Adopt a Team

We have teams in on Saturday for training camp and all of them launch out of the United States to their prospective country on Wednesday, January 19th. Over the next four months young adults will travel to five different countries to bring Kingdom and we are so excited to see what happens during the four and a half months they are out on the field. At Real Life, we are asking participants to try to blog every week. This can be about the difficulty of living on the field, community, ministry, the adventure, or anything related to their time on the field. Granted, internet time can be hard...
