Hello friends! We have arrived safely in Tororo, Uganda! When we arrived at the church that is hosting us the women all came running and greeted us with a song and lots of clapping. It was an incredible way to start our time here. In this culture, these people feel so blessed that we have come such a long way to share Jesus with them. It is perfectly acceptable for us to walk into a neighborhood, gather a crowd and preach the gospel to them. And tons of people get saved that way. When I decided to go on the trip I was frustrated with the way ministry at home is so much a waiting game. All I want to do is share the gospel all the time. It is amazingly exciting and refreshing to have the opportunity to do that for 2 months. I am thrilled to see how my experience here effects my ministry at home. God is doing amazing things in my life right now and He is using me and my team to do amazing things!
