Kingdom Seeking & Lions

What has training camp been?

Training camp has been a journey. A journey of surrender & freedom. A journey of kingdom seeking and deliverence. I have been filled with the Lord like never before & learned that as long as I am willing, Hewill continue to fill me. We serve a God that is a well that never goes dry. He calls us to surrender all that hindersus from OUR best so that he can give us HIS best. Surrender doesn’t mean to throw your hands up & simply give up. Surrender is BEAUTFIUL. This week I have learned to open my hands to a God who loves me more than I will ever be able to understand and give everything to him so that he can give me something better. My prayer this week has been for the Spirit to fall like fire and consume us. I have prayed for him to break our hearts for what breaks his and I have learned what a hard prayer that can be when it is answered. We have experienced commnunity, breakthroughs, worship, and most of all we have encountered a real and living God.

This time has been used to prepare  our hearts to pour out. It has been used to bond us together so that when the enemy may attack us on the field our hands will be so entertwined that nothing can penetrate our team to steal our joy, our passion, or our purpose. We have been briefed and prepared for the dangers, heartaches, darknessthat we will encounter. We have been taught how to serve and show others the face of the TRUE God that we have fallen deeper in love with. We have played games, enjoyed simulations, laughed, cried, fallen to our knees, planned, and prepared. Training has caused things to arise in people that didn’t know was inside of them, myself included. Through that there has been so much freedom. Training has been a blessing.

Praise God for his faithfulness, love, compassion, and eternal joy!Praise him for his presence and the healing & preperation He has given us over the past few days. Praise God!! Africa here we come, & we are ready for you!
