It took this computer like 15 minutes to open this page, but that’s cool. I’m in some internet cafe in Mbrara and there are cops outside with AK 47s and Shotguns. God has been so good to my team while on this trip. He really has been our refuge and our strength. The first 2 days here we taught in school and then did soccer ministry in the evening. The next day we did door to door evangelism and went to a hospital to pray over the sick. By far the hospital was the craziest and hardest. I saw a man in the closing moments of his life as he struggled for breath, a woman gave birth in a hallway, and we saw a ton of people with AIDS. It’s hard to bring God’s love into a place like that where there is no hope. Some of the other people on my team prayed for healing of a paralized woman and no joke she started moving her appendages. African people are so much more open to hearing the gospel then Americans just the door to door ministry so far I’ve seen 5 people give there lives to Christ which is amazing. I’ve also learned that running water, bathrooms, and electricity are an unnecessary privelage I’ve enjoyed in America. Seriously though living everyday to spread the gospel is the most rewarding thing I’ve experieneced and I love Uganda. Have a good day.
