Circumstantial Uncertainty: Adventure

Responsibly Irresponsible

Hey guys! So…. SO much has happened since the last time I have blogged and its hard to firugre out what to even begin blogging about! Since the bush we have been all over from Kijabe to Narobi… and we are now in Dar Es Salam, Tanzania!   We spent four days on the border on Kenya at an orphenage and school, and it was such an incredible time!! We also visited the 2nd largest slum in Africa, Kibera, and what an experience that was!! Teaching in Kenya!

We are in Tanzania!  We have come from Nairobi and another town in Kenya near the border where we helped out at a high school for orphans and other students who are in poor living conditions.  On Monday we assisted the teachers with teaching the high school students.  Ryan, Malisa, and I taught a lesson in 10th grade chemistry about periodic trends and specifically about atomic radius.  Then we moved on to 11th grade math and the students constructed tangent lines to a circle, bisecting angels, etc.  Then I also helped teach 11th grade physics about work and...

THis trip has been absolutely amazing. I really do wish I could begin to explain how blessed I have been to have this experince. I want everyone to experience something like this in their lifetime!   Has it been incredibly challenging? ABsolutely. But God is worth it in everyway!
