“Leave inexperience behind, and you will live; pursue the way of understanding.”
Proverbs 9:6
There is a kid from the neighborhood that comes here and plays in the yard. He is maybe 3 or 4. All of his top teeth are rotten and almost gone.
I woke up angry and annoyed, all because I have fleas.
There is a young girl, who is maybe 9, who carries her younger sibling, who is maybe 3, on her back to church because her mother left them and her father is disabled.
What am I dealing with? Fleas.
Mozambique is a home to millions of orphans. We have prayed over people with stomach infections, chest problems, and malaria. There are homes here made of sticks and mud, with no protection from these diseases. We are surrounded by Muslims and Zionists, in fact the church (which is just a small tin covering) is less than a mile away from a mosque.
What is my problem?
Fleas. Just fleas.
Never let your circumstances get in the way of what truly matters, weather its disease, famine, religion. God is so MUCH bigger than ANYTHING that may come your way.
What are your fleas?
