I am not a songwriter. I’ve always wanted to be, but my songs were always cheesy and I was too embarrassed to share them. The other day we woke up and saw an ELEPHANT! I have been wanting to see an elephant in the wild for the past 20 years. Truth be told, it’s part of the reason I wanted to become a missionary. I felt so loved and blessed to have seen it, I was jumping for joy. I prayed once again for the gift of song writing. This time, the Lord showed up- big time. I took my guitar out to a field and just started playing, all of the sudden my fingers started moving and my mouth opened. A song I had never heard before started coming out. Here’s what the Lord had to say…

The Lord has been so good to us here. Austin and I feel so blessed by our team! The Lord is moving and growing and we are so excited to see what he does in our last few weeks in Kenya! Thank you all for your prayers and support!
